Workshop Details

This session, led by the State’s Chief Privacy Officer, will focus on a step-by-step walkthrough of the annual privacy program report due December 31. We’ll complete the report together using the ODP-provided template, with opportunities for Q&A throughout to address what the report must include, why it matters, and any other questions participants may have.

Key areas of discussion may include:

• What information the annual privacy program report must contain

• How submitting the report satisfies the requirement to initiate a privacy program

• Where to access and how to use the Office’s template
