Workshop Details

This online workshop provides an overview of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) designation and the associated requirements for governmental entities. It covers the CAO’s role in records management, privacy oversight, and GRAMA appeals handling. 

It is suitable for organizations at any stage of developing or refining their CAO designation and privacy program.
