Privacy Program Report

Workshop Details

This session will be an open Q&A led by the State’s Chief Privacy Officer, focused on the annual requirement for governmental entities to submit a privacy program report by December 31. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about what the report must include, why it matters, and how to effectively use the ODP-provided template.

Key areas of discussion may include:

  • What information the annual privacy program report must contain

  • How submitting the report satisfies the requirement to initiate a privacy program

  • Where to access and how to use the Office’s template
