The Utah State Board of Education offers a comprehensive collection of data privacy resources for higher education.
Resources include DPA templates and guidance, data management and cybersecurity resources, breach reporting tools, model notices and policies, training courses, and student data privacy guidance.
The Utah Office of Data Privacy has formally partnered with the Gary R. Herbert Institute for Public Policy to support its statutory responsibilities.
This partnership includes co-hosting data governance workshops and summits, as well as conducting academic research that informs whitepapers used by ODP.
