Further Utah Code § 63A-19-404opens in a new tab requires governmental entities that collect personal data to retain and dispose of the personal data in accordance with a documented record retention schedule. Governmental entities must comply with all other applicable laws or regulations related to retention or disposition of specific personal data held by that governmental entity.
