Updated Partner Resources Webpage
The Utah Office of Data Privacy has updated its Partner Resources webpage to make it easier to find trusted data privacy tools, guidance, and training from organizations across Utah and other jurisdictions. The collection includes resources such as:
- Utah Cyber Center: Breach reporting and cybersecurity resources
- DARS: Records management resources and guidance
- Utah State Board of Education: Data privacy resources for higher education, including DPA templates, data management and cybersecurity resources, model notices and policies, training, and student data privacy guidance
- Gary R. Herbert Institute for Public Policy: ODP’s formal partnership supporting data governance workshops, summits, and academic research that informs ODP and Division of Purchasing and General Services resources
- Division of Purchasing and General Services: State cooperative contracts that have been vetted for data privacy
